SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATION
Our goal is to offer free shipping to as many customers as possible. However, Canada is a vast (and pretty awesome) country with many remote locations. As such, it is impossible for us to offer free shipping to ALL of our customers.

Currently we are able to offer free shipping to most locations in Ontario & Quebec, if you live in a metropolitan area in these regions chances are we can offer you free shipping. We are working on plans to expand this offering to more provinces across Canada, more details about this progress will come soon.

All of the prices listed on our site assume that your location qualifies for free shipping, however this may not be the case. If you live in a area where the shipping charge is too high for us to complete the transaction we will add a shipping charge to your subscription. In these cases we will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of the additional charges that will be applied to your order. At this point we offer you 2 options:

1. You agree to the additional shipping charges and we send you your order.
2. If you do not agree to the additional charges, then we will cancel your subscription and issue a refund for 100% of the amount you were charged.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Receiving a product that doesn’t fit in your equipment is total bummer.

We do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen, this is why sometimes we may reach out to you to confirm product details before we ship your order. Depending on how quickly you respond this may delay the delivery of your order by a day or more, however, it beats the alternative of having to ship the product back to us because it doesn’t properly fit!

Ensuring you get the product you need is our primary concern.


WE SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT
On VERY rare occasion it happens that we made a mistake somewhere and shipped the wrong product. In this case we take FULL responsibility for the error. We will work with you to return the original product and get you the filters you need at no additional cost.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGE
If you receive a package that is visibly broken or damaged you may refuse delivery. If this happens please let us know within 48 hours so we can initiate a claims process. CLICK HERE to submit a request and inform us of the situation and will provide you with details on what to do next.
